Some of the techniques I use are:
- Humanistic Psychology - Emphasises a clients inherent ability to achieve self actualisation and create the life they desire.
- Meditation - Mindfulness meditation can assist by helping us to be fully present in all our experiences with acceptance, patience and understanding.
- CBT - Cognitive Behavior Therapy
- ACT - Acceptance and Commitment Therapy
